At CLOUD 9 SOFAS , transparency is just as important to us as comfort. Every sofa is crafted fresh for you never left to sit in storage. Once you place your order, please allow up to 3 weeks for your sofa to be made at our factory in China.

When your Cloud 9 Sofa is ready, you’ll receive a photo of your exact sofa with your name displayed proof it was made just for you, never sitting forgotten in a warehouse.

 DELIVERY 
SEA FREIGHT (AROUND 8–12 WEEKS TOTAL)

• 2 to 3 weeks production time.

• 4 to 6 weeks sea transit.

•  2 to 3 weeks customs clearance and final delivery.

   THE UNPACKING EXPERIENCE

Unboxing your CLOUD 9 SOFA is part of the fun. Each one is compressed under 80 tons of force the weight of about 15 elephants 🐘. Don’t worry, we don’t stack elephants on top of your sofa a very large machine does the job instead.

 You don’t have to rush. A CLOUD 9 SOFA can stay safely packed for up to 5–6 months before you open it, so if you can’t unpack straight away, that’s fine.

When you’re ready, make sure you’ve got enough space around you. As soon as you cut open the packaging, your CLOUD 9 SOFA will come alive before your eyes transforming from a tightly packed parcel into a full luxury sofa in your living room.
 Safety first: stand back, keep children and pets away, and enjoy the transformation as your sofa comes to life.

After unpacking, let it breathe for 48 hours. You can sit on it straight away to try it out, but avoid long periods of use until it’s fully expanded. After 2 days, your CLOUD 9 SOFA will be at its best ready for years of comfort.
