- All sofas are made to order; production + delivery typically 8–12 weeks.
- Prices shown in GBP unless stated; UK-mainland delivery included unless stated.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.
- Provide accurate delivery details; delivery dates are estimates.
- We may update product details, prices or policies at any time.
- We aren’t liable for carrier/customs/global-event delays.

2. Privacy Policy
We collect only what’s needed to process orders and improve the site.
Data we collect: name, address, email (and phone if provided); payment is processed securely by partners (e.g., Stripe/Airwallex); basic analytics.
How we use it: fulfill orders, send updates, support, improve services.

3. Refund & Return Policy
Each sofa is made to order. You may cancel within 48 hours of purchase.
If an item arrives damaged/defective:
1) Email info@cloud9sofas.com within 7 days of delivery,
2) Include photos + description,
3) We’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Approved refunds process within 10 business days. We comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Made-to-order; typical delivery 8–12 weeks from order confirmation.
You’ll receive stage updates (production, packing, dispatch). Tracking is sent when shipped.
Regions: UK mainland. For other destinations, email us first.
We ship in reinforced cartons via trusted logistics partners.
